Our exercise program

Our fully guided, evidence-based group exercise program is specifically designed to help improve the outcomes of men preparing for or recovering from prostate cancer.

Any man who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer at any time in his life is welcome to join our program, once a doctor’s written approval has been obtained for safety and insurance purposes.

We offer six sessions per week across two different venues, all guided by specially trained exercise physiologists.

Sessions include:

  • Thorough flexibility and warm-up led by professional physiotherapists
  • Pelvic floor exercises, which are a vital component of restoring and improving continence and erectile function
  • Strength conditioning and weight resistance training to improve overall strength and vitality
